We’ll start by saying there is no-one we look up to more or who inspires us more than John Welsh does. The way he films is one thing. The way he edits is another. The way he makes people feel trumps it all.

We've been lucky enough to work alongside John, Chelsea and Elliot at countless weddings. We know how invested they are in their couple's experience. We've seen how relaxed and adaptable they are on each and every wedding day. We've watched how much passion and creativity goes into their work behind the scenes and we are constantly blown away by the films they produce.

Not just how GOOD they are. But how REAL they are.

Watching Morelife's movies are just as exciting as attending the wedding days themselves. Every time John finishes a project, we drop everything to watch it. We have to be first in line to see every new release. Tickets pre-purchased just so we can skip the queue!

Surely it will come as no surprise then, that we based our wedding date purely on Morelife's availability.

We knew our wedding would be the most special day of our existence. How could it not be? We were bringing all our favourite people together to share all our favourite things in life. We'd invested so much time and energy into curating an event that was completely and uniquely us.

So - we wanted to remember every moment EXACTLY as it was. All of it. Every detail. The laughs, the tears, the energy, the vibes. We wanted to relive the those precious seconds again and again and again for all of eternity.

The sneak peek John created for us is EVERYTHING. Better than anything we could have ever imagined. Our hearts were beating through our chest from the moment it started until the moment it ended and SOMEHOW - he managed to re-create every emotion we experienced at Redleaf with 100 guests, while snugged up in our bed at home, alone.

We didn't just see "our day" either. We got to see the overall experience everyone enjoyed. Which was so, incredibly, ridiculously special.

One of our favourite things about Johnny's movies is his meticulous attention to detail - with our sneak peek - it was the way he gave every personal element we added it's own 15 seconds (or 2 seconds) of fame in the film. He created our very own Rom-Com, as if we were two lead actors straight out of Hollywood and every unique detail we planned played a supporting role in the story of us.

Only, not one of our scene's was scripted. Not once did he ask us to "pose". John encouraged us to stay present and enjoy our day and our people in our own time. In fact, there are so many moments he captured that we SWEAR he wasn't even there for!

John, Elliot and Chelsea are all hilarious and charming when interacting with guests and completely silent when capturing special moments. They're the best mates you’ve always dreamed of and the flies on the wall you hoped would let you enjoy your day in peace - all in one. AND IT SHOWS.

John is easily one of the greatest artists to walk this earth. He is, without a doubt, the absolute best in the biz. We are so honoured to have had him join us on our wedding day and so thankful for what he's given us so far. (If our sneak peek was our entire wedding film - honestly, we'd be STOKED.)

I do not joke when I say this thing has currently had 20k views on Instagram and we have been at least 18k of them. Our sneak peek is constantly playing on a loop. We will watch this film every day (multiple times) for the rest of our lives. Not just because of how good he made us look. But because it really WAS the best day, and watching what John gave us is the ultimate mode of transportation back to it.

Don't think about booking Morelife. Just do it.

THANK YOU from the bottom of our hearts. We have been non-stop watching that video since the minute it hit my inbox (okay, mainly me- stephen thinks i have a sick addiction).

I know I'm totally biased but it's the BEST damn wedding video I've ever seen already. The bar was set high for you guys and you exceeded every single expectation.

Not only was it a breeze working with you in the lead up, but John & Elliot brought such a good vibe to the day itself. Stephen keeps talking about how good it was to have Elliot there while we was getting ready to bring the calm & the laughs (I think he might have a man-crush).

John, watching your mind at work on the day was epic. The record player, the story of Stephen seeing me strut up the street & you making us reenact it 74 times (okay only 3), the drag queens strutting through the hall. You have a way of not only capturing the moments, but enhancing them and making them that little bit extra.

The effort that was put into getting Sam to mashup three of our favourite songs, the fade from black & white to colour during the dip. Mind blowing stuff & none of it goes unnoticed.

You guys truly are the best in the biz and it is so obvious you are all so passionate about what you do.

Our wedding video is the best thing I've ever laid my eyes on. I know I'm biased due to me being one of the main stars in the film but John and Elliot were so good on the day you barely noticed them and when you did they were all smiles and awesome attitudes and loved every part of our day. Can't recommend them enough to anyone getting married.

Well well well… OBSESSED is an understatement. I can’t believe our day was captured so brilliantly by Chels and John. Looking back at all of the memories, moments, laughter and tears has made us watch our film over and over and over smiling at the love pouring over us. We received our film while we were on our honeymoon, and rushed back to our hotel room to watch it together over and over again.
